  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected stock delays, you’ll be notified via email.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States and to selected international destinations.
Please ensure that all delivery details are correct to avoid delays or failed deliveries.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment — no hidden charges.

4. Delivery Timeframes

6. Delivery Address Changes
